The Information Architect of DiMora Motorcar, Dale R. Stephens, brings solid management ability and proven entrepreneurial vision and execution from his experience as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vanacomm.

DiMora Motorcar and Vanacomm are currently in the process of releasing a series of Interactive Holographic touch screens utilizing "Through-Glass" systems throughout North America, Canada, and Mexico. Patent applications are pending on many unique and operational characteristics of their flagship "DIGITAL C.A.N.V.A.S." digital content management infrastructure.

Prior to forming Vanacomm, Mr. Stephens served as CEO of The Van Alston Group, a privately-held telecommunications service company. At Van Alston, Mr. Stephens directed a complete range of sales, marketing, and operations activities and sharpened his ability to analyze departmental and company needs, delegate authority appropriately, motivate managers and directors, and solve difficult problems in a high energy, fast paced, technology environment.

As Van Alston CEO, his proudest moment was in building a state-of-the-art call center for the township schools of Bridgeport, Connecticut. He designed and built the infrastructure supporting virtual connections involving over 16 public schools in that district.

Van Alston opened their first certification school, Van Alston Institute of Technology, in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. The school was responsible for many lectures, guest speakers, and certification courses including MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer), and Network Security, in keeping with Mr. Stephens' intrinsic interest in educating young minds.

He also pioneered wireless technology involving biometric systems interfacing with the AFIS fingerprint recognition system. This system was endorsed and procured by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

During his research and development stint in the Caribbean, Mr. Stephens deployed the first GPS positioning map for the country of Trinidad and Tobago, where he received heavy press and endorsements from the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, specifically, The Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Prior to Van Alston, Mr. Stephens was a Project Director and part of the information technology (IT) project management team that had successfully merged The Chase Manhattan Bank with JP Morgan. Mr. Stephens has managed an impressive IT portfolio. Using his conceptual and marketing skills, his career project involved SSO (Single Sign-On) technology for JP Morgan Chase in their chase.com website.

Mr. Stephens has been recognized for his achievements in JP Morgan Chase by Strathmore, UK, and was invited to be a lifetime member in Strathmore's "Who's Who" annual publication.

Prior to JPMorganChase, Mr. Stephens managed the Global Call Center for The Bankers Trust Company, where he was instrumental in merging the highly complex technology infrastructure during the acquisition by Deutsche Bank. Mr. Stephens had earned many distinguished awards during his tenure at Deutsche Bank, including the Achievement Award for seamless Y2K systems integration during the eve of the Millennium.

Mr. Stephens has made many public appearances including a distinguished lecture on Technology Risk Management at Ernst & Young headquarters. He has also spoken to a standing-room-only crowd on Global Positioning Technology at the University of the West Indies.

In addition to his more formal roles, Mr. Stephens was a columnist for the syndicated Executive Times magazine, where he wrote a monthly column entitled "IT Corner". His commentaries were read globally in over 36 countries, and incited many a lively discussion at IT coffee tables.

Mr. Stephens is a Master Freemason and is a regular member to his fraternal lodge # 373 in Coral Springs, Florida. He is also a Rotary Club member, and is very proud to be associated with Rotary International. He has held many fundraisers, and was instrumental in raising funds to assist the victims of hurricane Katrina.

In addition to his telecommunications and other entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Stephens brings a strong Research & Development background to the company. In 1978 at the young age of 11, he was one of the youngest recipients of the Kueffel & Esser award for his achievements in designing a remote control prototype for chemical laboratory safety. Also at the age of 11 he was one of the youngest students in Bergen County, NJ, to be invited for Mathematics and English Communications university credits at Drew University.

Mr. Stephens attended New York University where he majored in Communications Technology.
